We require 3 days’ notice to prepare the order, subject to slot availability.

ADVANCE NOTICE:

We recommend placing your order:

• Before 21st December for delivery on 24th/25th December.
• Before 28th December for delivery on 31st December.

We cannot guarantee product availability for short-notice orders.
Prices are in Ringgit and exclude 6% SST.
Payment by Bank Transfer or Cash only.
No vouchers allowed.

DELIVERY:
Please let us know your delivery preference in the comments section when proceeding to checkout:

• Pick-up at Nathalie Gourmet Studio (available only during working hours).
• Delivery: Please include your preferred time window, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Delivery fees will be communicated in the invoice.

HOW TO ORDER:
Once you proceed to checkout, your order will be confirmed only after receiving an email from our team. This email will include the invoice, which we will send as quickly as possible.
