The story began 15 years ago in Bangkok, where Chef Nathalie had been organising fine dining events and cocktails parties for renowned guests and diplomats, as well as conducting cooking classes for non-professional food lovers. After a while, she decided to establish her career in Kuala Lumpur with the opening of her first restaurant at Solaris Dutamas, specializing in modern innovative and tasteful French and Fusion cuisine. Chef Nathalie then rapidly expanded her services, to offer high-end catering services, immediately receiving an overwhelming response from her clients.

As time has passed, she has come a long way. Named Outstanding Chef of the Year by Time Out Magazine, winner of the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival and trained with the world-famous three Michelin-starred Chef Anne- Sophie Pic, Chef Nathalie is definitely a must-see person in Malaysian culinary landscape.
